Return and Refund Policy
All items are FINAL SALE, however an exchange could be made only if it was the fault of Symphanie Jae. Items must be returned within 7 days from receiving. Items purchased MUST be in the original condition in which it was received. Exchanges WILL NOT be granted if items are torn, worn, altered or broken in any way. Return shipping fee will be the consumer’s responsibility.
Shipping Policy
Items are shipped domestically and internationally. International rates will apply. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipment.
Symphanie Jae is not responsible for lost or stolen items when delivered. Once the tracking number is sent, it is the consumer’s responsibility to track their package.
